Purchasing

1.1        What room vouchers are available?

There are three purchase options:

  1. 3 nights for RM270
  2. 5 nights for RM425
  3. 10 nights for RM800

1.2        Are prices inclusive of taxes?

Prices listed are nett and inclusive of Service Tax (where applicable).  However, Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night which we are required to collect from non-Malaysian guests is not included and will be collected upon check in.

1.3        How do I purchase a room voucher?

Simply complete the purchase order form here and we will email you an invoice within 24 hours.

Payment shall then be made within three (3) business days, by direct deposit into our bank account. Upon payment, please email us your payment receipt for our immediate processing.

1.4        Will a physical voucher be provided?

A physical room voucher will be issued for every deal purchased.  You may collect your room voucher at our hotel front desk anytime after we resume operation.  Please present your NRIC/Passport for verification during collection.   

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that your room voucher is safeguarded at all times.  Any person who presents the room voucher upon check in will be entitled to claim the unused balance.

1.5        Are the room vouchers refundable?

All room vouchers are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.

1.6        Which room types can the room vouchers be used for?

The room vouchers are redeemable for our Standard, Deluxe and Superior Rooms, subject to room availability.

1.7        Can I upgrade my stay to a Family Room or Suite Room?

No, room vouchers can only be used for our Standard, Deluxe and Superior Rooms. Room upgrades are not available.

Claiming Stays

2.1        When can I use my room voucher balance?

Stays can be claimed anytime from 29 May 2020 to 31 May 2021, subject to room availability.

2.2        How do I use my room voucher balance?

Simply present your physical room voucher upon check in to claim your stay/s.

2.3        Do I need to claim all nights in one visit?

No, you can claim your stay in as many visits as you wish within the validity period, subject to room and balance availability.

2.4        Can my family members or friends use my room voucher?

Yes, your family members and friends can use your room voucher as long as they present your room voucher upon check in.

2.5        Can I claim more than one room per night?

Yes, you can claim as many rooms as you wish on the same night, subject to room and balance availability.

2.6        Will any payment be collected when claiming my stays?

We will collect our usual security deposit of RM50 per room upon check in. This amount can be paid by cash or credit card and is fully refundable upon check out.

As stated in item 1.2 above, Tourism Tax (where applicable) will be collected upon check in.  Besides that, the only other payment that will be collected is for any extra charges incurred during your stay, including but not limited to extra amenities, extended hours, room upgrades and any penalties.

2.7        Can my room voucher balance be used to offset extra charges during my stay?

Room voucher balances are strictly for room stays only.  Any extra charges incurred are to be paid for upon check out.

Unused Balance

3.1        How can I keep track of my room voucher balance?

Your physical room voucher will be stamped for every room night claimed. The unstamped boxes reflect your unused balance.

3.2        What will happen to my unused balance after the expiry date?

Any unused balance is non-refundable and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
