SCAM ALERT: Important Notice for Our Guests

Scammers are sending fraudulent emails and messages threatening to cancel reservations unless guests provide credit card details to "verify" or "re-confirm" their booking.

Protect yourself by remembering our strict hotel policy:

We will NEVER ask for your credit card details again. Since you have already paid through our official website, your room is secured.

We will NEVER send you third-party links asking for additional deposits, card verification, or bank details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

If you receive a message threatening cancellation due to an "invalid card" or "missing payment," it is a scam. Do not click any links or enter your information.

If you receive a suspicious message, please ignore it and call our front desk 088-703223 directly to verify your reservation status.
